Oh my goodness, oh my goodness. Baby bunnies are the cutest lil things in the
world. Don't you agree???
Although they will be even more adorable when
they finally open their eyes. These lil
bundles are 11 days old today and I am ready to see some EYES. I'm pretty sure
they will be opened tomorrow. They have little slits in them today so it shouldn't be long. Although, it's kind of like with your kids and talking and walking. You want them to learn and then you spend the rest of their lives telling them to sit down and be quiet ha ha ha. It's the same with rabbits. You want them to open their eyes and then you have to watch and make sure they don't get out of the nest and get too cold.

Now is the
time, if you haven’t started already, to hold the babies more and more
each day so they will be used to being held when they get older. This is not a problem for me because I
love to go out everyday and pick each one up and see how fast they are growing and how
much they change from day to day. Being consistent each and every day with
holding them will help in making them tame so you will be able to hold them when they are grown. It will also help in handling them if you decide your bunnies will be show rabbits.
